Free tracked shipping on every order

All orders ship free, with tracking. There is no minimum order amount.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 5–11 business days after they ship. Delivery can take longer during peak seasons or holidays, or because of carrier delays.

Our products ship from our partner warehouses. If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking can take 2–3 business days to show updates.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you made a mistake, contact us right away. We can update the address only if the order has not shipped yet.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us through our Contact page with your order number (and photos if damaged), and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
