Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to your use of the SVENOR Labs online store and to any purchase you make from it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and photograph every product as accurately as possible. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Product images may show styles or accessories that are sold separately; the product description lists what is included.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

3. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, the price was listed incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.

5. Use of products

Please follow the instructions and safety information that come with each product. Use products only for their intended purpose. Electronic items should be used with a suitable USB power source and kept away from water unless stated otherwise.

6. Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability

Products are sold "as is," except for the protections described in our Refund Policy and any rights you have under applicable law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, SVENOR Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not be more than the amount you paid for that order.
